• Postpartum Village in-home support (Queenstown and Auckland, New Zealand)

• Workshops and group sessions (where applicable)

All services are educational and supportive in nature.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information provided through consultations, digital guides, blog content, or downloadable resources is for educational purposes only.

Our First Years Co does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult your GP, pediatrician, or qualified medical professional regarding any medical concerns about your child.

4. Eligibility

Sleep consulting services are available for children from birth to 3 years of age.

By booking a service, you confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the child receiving support.

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through the official booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in NZD and may be subject to GST where applicable.

Our First Years Co reserves the right to change pricing at any time, however confirmed bookings will not be affected.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

In-home services may require additional notice depending on travel arrangements.

If Our First Years Co must reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative time will be offered.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of sleep consulting and support services, refunds are not provided once services have commenced.

Digital products, including sleep guides and downloadable resources, are non-refundable due to their instant-access format.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact jula@ourfirstyearsco.com and support will be provided.

8. Client Responsibilities

Results depend on consistency and implementation. By booking services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for implementing the guidance provided.

• Outcomes may vary between families.

• Sleep progress is influenced by many factors including development, health, and temperament.

Our First Years Co does not guarantee specific results.

9. Communication

Support periods (where included in your package) apply only within the agreed timeframe and communication hours outlined in your package description.

Outside of these hours, responses may be delayed.

All communication must remain respectful and appropriate.

10. Postpartum Village In-Home Services

For in-home services:

• You agree to provide a safe environment.

• You remain responsible for your child at all times.

• Travel inclusion applies within the specified service radius.

Additional travel fees may apply outside these areas.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including sleep plans, guides, downloads, and website content, remain the intellectual property of Our First Years Co.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any materials without written permission.

Digital guides are licensed for personal use only.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through bookings, forms, or downloads will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Email addresses collected for free resources may be used to send relevant updates and resources. You may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our First Years Co is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss

• Parenting outcomes resulting from implementation or non-implementation of guidance

• Decisions made based on information provided

By engaging services, you accept full responsibility for parenting decisions.
