  • Up until four months of age, babies need more hands on support. During this stage, we focus on gentle settling and building healthy sleep foundations rather than formal sleep training. A Newborn Consult can be incredibly helpful in setting realistic expectations and shaping positive habits early. For formal sleep training this can happen anytime from 4 months when you feel like you need a little guidance

  • This is where the change happens. You implement the personalised sleep plan and stay consistent, I provide daily guidance and support from your sleep logs, we make adjustments where needed, and I am your support and cheerleader so you feel supported throughout the process.

  • I support children from birth through to three years of age.

    The way I work with you depends on your childs age.

  • Yes. I work with families worldwide via email or WhatsApp.

    In-home support is currently available within New Zealand only.

  • Sleep support and Postpartum Village sessions make thoughtful and practical gifts. If you would like to arrange a voucher, please get in touch and I will help you with this.

  • Of course we don’t just support postpartum families, any families in the thick of it, needing that extra support can make a booking.

    Each booking is tailored to your individual needs.

  • Yes, we are looking to expand to help more families, so will need lovely caring people to grow our Village, if that could be you or you have a complementary business please reach out.

  • Of course, each of our sleep plans is created to support the individual child and family. We offer gentle solutions that can be in the bedroom or out of the bedroom depending on your preference and the childs temperament, all of this will be discussed with you. Bear in mind any form of sleep support will incur some crying as this is your baby protesting to change in routine and is very normal.
