Hi, I’m Julia

Support for exhausted parents - I offer practical help and sleep support.

I’ve spent over 10 years supporting families through the newborn stage and early years, including owning and running my own nanny agency. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and am a certified infant and child sleep consultant.

I understand how overwhelming this season can feel — the exhaustion, the mental load, and the constant wondering if you’re doing it “right.”

That’s why I offer two types of support: gentle sleep guidance when you need a plan, and in-home care when you need extra hands.

In-home support means I come to you and help with whatever feels most overwhelming, caring for your baby while you rest, helping with light household tasks, or simply being there to support you through the day.

How can we help?

In home support

The postpartum period can feel overwhelming, especially without a village nearby.

Our in-home sessions are designed to take the pressure off your day, giving you time to rest, reset, and feel supported.

During our time together, I can:

  • Care for your baby while you rest

  • Help with light household tasks, (like the washing pile, changing the sheets)

  • Prep simple meals or run errands

  • Offer a calm, supportive space to talk and reset

Each session is shaped around what you need most.

Available across Auckland, including Franklin.

Not postpartum but feeling the mental load? You’re welcome here too.
